Today's Jaunt back through time really isn't that far back. Heck, it's just back around the corner. Of course it was back in the last century if you want to look at it that way. But let's not. We're headed back to the 1970's with the Statewide group photo from 1975 and the agenda from the 1976 Spring Statewide meeting at the State Forest Nursery. Just in case for those whose memories aren't the best I have attached Don Kline's black and white "identified" photo of the 1975 photo.
The 1976 Spring Statewide program had such highlights as Andy Moore's talk on Missouri's Blind Pony Hatchery; Steve Waters talking about the Storm Lake Fingerling Walleye Project; Gaige Wunder with his talk on the Smallmouth in the Upper Iowa; and Don Kline's talk: Mississippi River Sport Fishery Survey. Among many other fine presentations.
You might notice that the copy of the agenda seems to have been "doodled on" . Kline thought it probably belonged to Dale Stufflebeam. I was going to "clean it up and retype it but Hey, who among us hasn't done this our own copy of the Statewide Agenda.
You will find attached the three files I've talked about so get your morning cup of coffee and an enjoy a quick little trip back in time. And see some of you retirees next Thursday at Statewide.
