Joan Duffy Travel Award

Purpose of the Award

To support travel for one or more students to the Midwest Fish and Wildlife Conference for the purpose of professional development.

Award Details

Amount: $200 from Iowa Chapter, $200 from North Central Division

Checks provided to student for the purpose of supporting meeting attendance

Eligibility Requirements

Current membership in the Iowa Chapter of the American Fisheries Society
Student studying fisheries, aquatic science, or a related field at an educational institution
At least one summer of field experience in fisheries, aquaculture, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Planned participation in the Midwest Fish and Wildlife Conference
Active participation in the Iowa Chapter or other units of AFS
